Commercial
While the bulk of our clients need residential improvements - we do have a handful of commercial projects under our belt. Most recently, we transformed a Fan building into a first-floor retail space and second story duplex (link here).
We also served as the General Contractor on Scott’s Addition’s first urban winery, that opens June 5, 2020. The project known as Brambly Park is in the northwest part of the historic neighborhood off Belleville St. and bordered by the CSX railroad.
It includes a 9,000 sf restaurant and event space for weddings and parties, a 3,000 sf covered patio, and a two acre outdoor park for live music, games, swings, and a dog park.
